ARDEX A45 is a high-strength, fast-drying repair mortar ideal for filling cracks, holes, and leveling surfaces like stairs and landings. It works on various substrates, including concrete, plaster, and ceramics, and is ready for recoating in just 60 minutes. Suitable for indoor use on floors, walls, and ceilings, it offers excellent adhesion and mechanical strength. It is also compatible with wheelchairs and underfloor heating systems.
Usage Areas
Used as a leveling or repair mortar on concrete, cement screed, walls, aerated concrete, plaster, old tiles, or ceramic coverings, stair steps, and landings. Suitable for use under self-leveling screeds and allows for very quick recoating under all types of flooring products. Applicable on floors, walls, and ceilings in interior areas.
Product Content
A powder product containing special binders and fillers, supported with synthetic dispersion-based additives. When mixed with water, it forms a high-strength mortar workable for approximately 15 minutes. The product fully dries in about 45 minutes, allowing subsequent applications to proceed.
ARDEX A45 adheres firmly to concrete and cement-based screeds, plaster, natural stone, ceramic, and concrete tiles. For substrates like wood, cast asphalt screeds, brick, and clinker, an adhesion-promoting primer may be required.
